Facilitating Private Sector’s Access to and Engagement in Vietnam’s Energy Sector
This project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, is enhancing the legal groundwork for a comprehensive Public–Private Partnership (PPP) regime tailored to Vietnam’s energy needs. Based on international experiences and local contexts, it provides recommendations for effective private capital mobilisation using the PPP model and for design, finance, and manage innovative energy projects, paving the way for deeper private-sector participation in the sector.
