This project focuses on developing a comprehensive National Green Cooling Program for Vietnam. The project will conduct an in-depth study and survey to lay the groundwork for this initiative. The program’s core objective is to accelerate the adoption of highly energy-efficient and low-carbon technologies within the cooling sector. This will lead to significant energy savings, directly contributing to both national sustainable development goals and energy efficiency targets.
