Power Sector Development Roadmapping in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM)
This project focused on developing a shared understanding and strategic vision for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) energy sector, aligning it with the region’s economic growth objectives. Key activities included analyzing current power supply and demand, evaluating existing energy policies and governance structures, assessing energy transition challenges, and identifying key drivers of energy transition. The culmination of this effort was the creation of the BARMM Power Sector Development Plan.
