This project aims to operationalize Indonesia’s Just Transition Framework under the JETP by providing practical guidance for implementing all 9 Standards, with a focus on Standard 9—economic diversification and transformation. It seeks to ensure an equitable, inclusive energy transition by defining clear actions, strengthening governance, and enhancing monitoring and grievance mechanisms. The outcome includes an updated CIPP chapter and a robust framework to guide national, sub-national, and project-level implementation, ultimately maximizing socioeconomic benefits and protecting vulnerable groups throughout the clean energy shift.
