Energy Transition Business and Change Management Centre of Excellence
This project supports PLN in developing a skilled workforce—from technical staff to decision-makers—to lead Indonesia’s clean energy transition. It includes three key programs: a Business and Change Management Center of Excellence, employee training on energy transition, and a comprehensive capacity-building initiative covering renewable energy, smart grids, policy, and financing.
By enhancing PLN’s capacity, the project will enable emission reductions, supports climate goals, and fosters green job creation, aligning with Indonesia’s broader sustainable development and net-zero commitments.
